After decades in the corporate world, I started Rhodes to Success to do things differently—with more clarity, more honesty, and better outcomes.
I’ve worked across some of the largest firms in the HR and insurance space—from Aetna to Aon to Mercer—and what I saw over and over again was this: smart leaders knew what they wanted to improve, but they were let down by bloated processes, generic advice, or junior teams.
So I built something better.
Rhodes to Success is here for mid-sized companies who want clear, senior-level support across HR, benefits, compensation, and vendor strategy. I keep it small, personal, and flexible—because that’s what gets results.
This business started at a point in my career when I had the training, the experience, and the desire to work more directly with clients. I’d spent over 40 years leading and advising across the most complex areas of people strategy—benefits, compensation, compliance, retention, vendor performance, and communication.
But I wanted to focus less on big-firm politics and more on real outcomes for real clients. So I launched Rhodes to Success.
Today, I work one-on-one with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, and senior leaders who want to:
Make their benefits and brokers more accountable
Build comp structures that keep the right people around
Align HR with board-level business goals
Gain confidence and clarity across their people strategy
You’ll get clear answers, not just checklists.
I don’t disappear after the strategy session. I stay with you through implementation.
I bring a deep well of knowledge across industries, with the credentials to back it up.
In addition to consulting, I lead team-building workshops, speak at industry events, and coach high-potential leaders inside organizations. These sessions are always tailored, practical, and rooted in the day-to-day reality of leading people.
If your team could benefit from outside perspective—or just a day to regroup and refocus—this might be a great place to start.
